ZDN 2.2 is here!
So many new features, I don’t even know where to start:
- Internationalization! You can now TRANSLATE ZDN to your local language! See the translation Google Doc for details.
- On a related note, everything but labels can now be switched to A4 paper size.
- Feeding module is nearing completion. You can now set up feeding schedules for animals that are different from food prep schedules. Many improvements to calculations.
- Much requested feature: partial matching for typing food and species names. Now you can type a few letters of a food instead of always needing to start with the beginning letters to get a match.
- Fixed a number of math errors
- Improved the “Who eats what” report to include groups and group members
- Added a new “allowed items” tab (in Edit Diet and Special Orders screens) where you can identify foods as allowed to substitute, allowed to add, or not allowed. If you try to add a banned food to the diet, you’ll get an error. Great for allergies.
- Improved the upgrade process – now just a two-step process!
- Vastly expanded the documentation. Take a look 🙂
