Prep notes are notes that tell kitchen or keeper teams how to prepare the diets. Examples would be:

  • Keep frozen
  • Thaw before feeding
  • Write animal name on boxes
  • If no mealworms, send superworms instead

These are different from line notes which are specific to a food (chop in 1/2, cut lengthwise, etc.)

Prep notes only appear for individual/herd diets and not for group diets.
